Chapter 10 - skin care tips

Very sensitive to cold, less resistant to wind, very dry; black skin needs a lot of care. Black skins are very delicate and require good hydration.

1 - Eat balanced to have healthy and glowing black skin

Eating healthy can have a positive impact not only on our skin or our hair, but more importantly on our health. Here are some food-related tips that can help us have beautiful skin:

Consume foods rich in vitamin E: borage oil, rice, avocado, cheese, whole milk yogurt, cod liver oil, olive oil, sunflower oil.

Essential fatty acids: omega-3, found mainly in mackerel, salmon, but also in vegetable oils, olive, sunflower, soy and foods rich in omega-6, which can be found in nuts, grains, cereals and egg bread. Consuming fruits and vegetables help put a good shine on the skin.

Keep the skin clean daily and apply a moisturizer twice a day. You can also take zinc supplements, good for your skin and hair.
